Senior Technicians from our Hardware and Networking Department will visit your site(s) to proactively check on the hardware and network efficiency and interact with department heads and Management. We will analyze system speed, security issues, proper back-up procedures, third party software, and most importantly, data integrity, back-up and disaster recovery solutions. We will, where applicable, analyze RF, wireless, Internet connectivity and other technology that may be in place and incorporated into your business model. We will document all of our findings, however, if there are issues, which require remedial intervention, they will be addressed immediately.
